Latte Lies And Milky Myths: Detecting Adulterants With Machine Learning

This was my science fair project for 10th grade. I coded a machine learning model to detect adulterants in milk and coffee grains using just an image.

  • Developed a machine learning model for image classification
  • Conducted research on food adulteration and its health impacts
  • Presented findings at local science fairs

What this project does

It shows my work and skills in one organized website that I can use to show possible employers or college admissions officers.

What I used

I used HTML and CSS, and JavaScript for this project.

What I learned

One thing I learned is how to add mini panels inside of a webpage which I love a lot. I also learned how to do draggable windows which are neat.
